1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SecurePath ("the Service"), operated at securepath.scztech.com.br, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SecurePath provides educational smartphone security courses tailored to specific iOS and Android devices. The Service delivers step-by-step guidance to help users configure their device security settings. SecurePath is an educational platform — we do not install software on, remotely access, or modify your device in any way.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• SecurePath offers a free trial period. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any SecurePath content without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automated-access the platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, visual materials, branding, and software on SecurePath are the intellectual property of SecurePath and its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SecurePath is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to keep all content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that following our guides will make your device fully secure against all threats. Security is a continuous process and depends on many factors beyond our control, including device manufacturer updates, third-party app behavior, and user actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurePath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device malfunction, or security breaches that occur despite following our guidance. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
